Thank you for a year's worth of your friendship. It is one that has come unexpectedly but stayed with purpose. For what purpose exactly? I have no clue. I don't see how you withstood me and all that came with. I let you in to every crook and creek - every single petrifying one - but you endured and you understood and you loved. There's nothing else really for me to say but perpetual thank you's. It was a difficult year of my life and honestly I'd be in shreds if you weren't there to keep me bright and smiling. I hope I played that same part for you too.
I wish things could have turned out differently but it didn't, life had to happen. I know we both wish for an alternate ending but deep down we both know there isn't one. But you know what? For what it's worth, it was a hella great time and let's just leave it at that :) hey let's not be sad it's over, move on, and smile cos it happened. I know our friendship will happen again, one day.
